We are a father & son team with an intense passion for brewing tasty beers.
We began brewing like many before us - with a Coopers kit given to Jack on his 21st birthday. Things quickly escalated to mini mashes on the stovetop, a converted esky Mash Tun, a gas burner, and stainless steel.
We now brew on an 80L brewery and have a few fermenters taking pride of place in a converted garage. If you’re keen for a taste, the Flatrock Brew Club is a good place to find our beers!
